The Star Spread places the reader (or their particular concerns) at its root, and builds in layers from bottom-up. The pattern is similar in shape to the Hebrew Star of David, rather than the oft-seen Pentacle shape in the deck. In this spread, I find that cards 4 and 7 are key to divining solutions or courses of action. 4 is the heart of the concern, and 7 represents the pinnacle/outcome.
